Please note that all orders, once placed, are considered firm and any subsequent cancellations which are allowed by us will be subject to a 25% handling fee in respect of loss of profits and goods must be returned to us at the customers expense. The item of return must not have been used in any way whatsoever and sent to us within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights in a consumer transaction. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please therefore check compatibility or suitability for purpose with the manufacturer or other competent body prior to ordering. Replacement of Damaged or Broken Items
If you are requesting to have a replacement to a broken item you must contact us i within 24 hours of the package arriving with you. Any delay after 24 hours and the items will not be eligible for return. In the case of broken bowls or vase glass or any other broken items you need to take a photograph of the item and email it to us at sales@shishapipes.eu and one of our friendly team will happily assist you.
