A. By visiting our website, you are under no obligation to place an order. If you choose to place an order with us, you are expected to do so with us via our online checkout process. B. Our credence of an order occurs when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. You will be charged at the time the shipment is made online and your products will be shipped to you withing 1 to 3 working days in the UK only..

3. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

(b) If your products have already been shipped to you, you can not obtain a refund unless your goods are either damaged or incorrect.
(1.) We will not accept the returning of molasses or charcoal.
(2.) All bases, hoses, pipes,bowls and accessories will remain unused if they are being returned.
(3.) All returns must be made with in 14 days of the purchase and must be shipped with the original receipt.
(4.) The cost of shipping products back to us are incrued as your responsibility.

(5.) Upon receiving the receipt and the products to be exchanged or returned, we will give you an exchange credit or product in equal value (so long as it is in stock)

(6.) If damage is done to products during delivery or there is a flaw with our item, we will return at no cost if the consumer notifies us within 24 hours of the purchase by way of contacting Info@ShishaPipes.eu . We will return the product purchased or one of equal or lessor value. We will also offer store credit to use at a later date if the consumer prefers.
